Lofoten Cowork
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the purchase and use of workspace and related services at Lofoten Cowork. By booking a spot you accept these terms.
The service is provided by Lofoten Cowork AS, org. no. 926 317 504, Vestfjordgata 20, NO-8300 Svolvær, Norway. Contact: post@lofotencowork.no / +47 906 11 725.
2. The service
Lofoten Cowork offers flexible workspace in an open-plan office in central Svolvær, as day, week or month passes. A pass includes access to a workstation on weekdays 07:00–17:00, meeting and quiet rooms, a printer, a kitchen and free coffee and tea.
Passes are personal and may not be transferred without our agreement. A pass is a one-off purchase and does not renew automatically.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) on the website. Any value-added tax (VAT) is included in the price and shown on the order confirmation.
Payment is made by card (Visa/Mastercard) through our payment provider Nets, or by separate agreement (for example invoicing for companies). Card payments are charged at the time of booking. We never store your card details — they are handled by Nets.
4. Ordering and delivery
You book a spot through the website or by sending us a request. The booking is binding once you have received our confirmation by email.
Access to the space and your workstation is arranged at the start: contact us before your first day and we will agree an arrival time and get you set up. Delivery of the service starts on the agreed start date.
5. Cancellation and changes
You may cancel or move a pass free of charge within the following deadlines before the agreed start date:
- Day pass: no later than 24 hours before the start date.
- Week pass: no later than 3 days before the start date.
- Month pass: no later than 7 days before the start date.
Later cancellations are charged in full. Unused time on a pass that has started is not refunded. Moving the start date can be arranged with us subject to availability.
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase, normally within 10 business days.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Norwegian Cancellation Act, counted from the order date. To use it, notify us at post@lofotencowork.no within the deadline.
If your pass starts before the withdrawal period expires, you consent at booking to delivery beginning early. If you then withdraw after the start, you pay for the part of the service already delivered. The right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully delivered within the withdrawal period.
7. Use of the space and liability
We want a friendly, productive community: be considerate of others and treat the space and equipment well. You are liable for damage you negligently cause to the premises or equipment.
Lofoten Cowork is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings on the premises, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question.
8. Complaints and disputes
If something isn't right with the service, contact us at post@lofotencowork.no as soon as possible and we will sort it out.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers may also complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority or request mediation by the Norwegian Consumer Council (forbrukerradet.no).
9. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, linked in the footer of this website.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
