1. Data controller

Lofoten Cowork AS, org. no. 926 317 504, Vestfjordgata 20, NO-8300 Svolvær, Norway, is the data controller for personal data collected through lofotencowork.no. Contact: post@lofotencowork.no / +47 906 11 725.

2. What data we process

Enquiries and requests: your name, email address and the content of your message when you use the contact form.
Bookings: name, contact details and order details (pass type, period, amount).
Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider Nets. We never receive or store your card details.
Member account: name, email and password (encrypted) if you create a user in the member portal.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process the data to answer enquiries, deliver and administer workspace and member services (contract), and to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping. Some processing is based on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

4. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary: enquiries are deleted once the dialogue is closed and no longer needed, booking and payment records are kept as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (normally 5 years), and account data is deleted with the account.

5. Sharing and processors

We never sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the service — hosting and email providers and the payment provider Nets — under data processing agreements, and with public authorities where we are legally required.

6. Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies for login and security (session and CSRF protection). We do not use cookies for marketing or cross-site tracking.

7. Your rights
